Centre PLD ~ Danse & Bien-Être (Marin-Epagnier)

The PLD - Pil' Life Danse center in Marin - Neuchâtel.

Since 2015, Pil' Life Danse has been expanding in the canton of Neuchâtel. In 2018, PLD continues in Marin. After two expansions in 2021 and 2023, the PLD Center offers 53 weekly classes with dance classes and Pilates and Yoga wellness practices.

A living space dedicated to children and adults who have chosen Dance, Pilates and Yoga as a means of self-expression and personal fulfillment. A philosophy of life that places body and mind at the center of all practices, from the age of 4 upwards.

Teaching quality

Qualified professionals.

Recreational courses and Sport Art Etudes in Dance from 7th grade onwards. Accreditation by the canton of Neuchâtel in 2023. Education and sports departments.

Strong pedagogical and artistic experience.

Sports preparation and balanced diet.

Pre & postnatal. Pelvic re-education.

You can try out all our classes with a trial session (free in June and from 26.08 to 15.09. Outside this period, the price of a single class is deducted if you subscribe).
