At flow60 you will find a multifunctional center for dance, fitness and events which is incomparably beautifully located in the middle of the cultural and landscape conservation area Wehrenbachtobel of the city of Zurich. We combine this unique location harmoniously with offers for all those who want to do something good for themselves and attach importance to personal care.

Dance & Fitness

In the area of dance you can choose from a wide range of styles, from classical to trend-oriented dance classes, everything your heart desires is offered here Jazz ballet and Hip Hop are offered by forte fit & dance, Maxyna, on the other hand, stands for classical ballet for all ages, with Streetdance and Hip Hop the American School of Dance could make a name for itself. The fitness program includes body-emphasizing as well as functional classes such as Body Forming, Full Bodyworkout , Whole Body Stretching offered by forte fit & dance and Pilates, bodyArt, deepWork by time to move, as well as classes in the area of endurance sports such as ZUMBA with Letizia Schneider or Sara Sasselli and Jumping Fitness by Bodydance. The Kraftoase gym with personal training rounds out the fitness offerings.

At forte fit & dance and ASD, the artistically gifted can also develop their talent with professional lessons in musical and acting.

Also in the flow60 is the Ma-Mu-T Center for musical early childhood education, where children aged 3 to 9 years are artistically encouraged. During one day a week they learn to paint, make music, dance and play theater and are thus playfully encouraged in their artistic talents. Furthermore you will find in flow60 the Life Balance Center 'You In Flow', for massages, coaching and physiotherapy. Here, physical blockages, pain, muscle tension or posture deficits are solved, improved or even healed.

Piazza

In the publicly accessible Gourmeothek of the flow60 you are spoiled since beginning of September by the Ristorante L'Ulivo da Gerardo with exquisite high flights. These are also available as exclusive catering at a top price-performance ratio.

Event Location

Three modern event rooms invite you to hold business company events, trainings, seminars, conferences, meetings, workshops, exhibitions and much more.

The flow60 is also the ideal place for other events such as retreats, banquets as well as for theater rehearsals, small concerts and private occasions such as anniversaries, weddings, birthday parties and many more. The event rooms have their own access with separate delivery and an elevator. The flexible well thought-out technical infrastructure is universal and versatile.
