I dance because...

Movement is for me the epitome of life, of harmony and energy. Movement frees and relaxes and has a balancing effect on body and psyche. The ability to move consciously means security in everyday life. I would like to pass this experience on to others, in an environment where personal contact still takes place and the person is the focus.

My team and I, we want to inspire and not drill, we want to infect you with the joy of movement and dance. That is why many young and older people come to us.
