Classical ballet for adults, beginners to advanced. Thorough learning of the basic steps, up to dance demanding combinations we offer in various levels.

Young people and adults experience creative forms of expression in dance theater. The learned ballet technique supports dancers in creative dancing. Different techniques as well as improvisation and partner work are taught with a lot of imagination.

In Contemporary dance we learn new ways of moving, using the principle of opposites. The forces acting mutually in the body, during movement, we lead to flowing movements.

Children from 3 years learn in Creative children's dance playfully to experiment with their physical possibilities and to create. Coordination, rhythm, strength, balance and concentration are taught in groups.

**In Children's Ballet children from the age of 7 learn the basic steps of classical ballet, combined with improvisation and dance elements. Posture, strength, flexibility, musicality and creativity are trained.
